Please note that this year we have instituted a policy that payment must be received to finalized registration and all payments must be received prior to the start of the symposium. If you have any questions regarding this new policy, please contact us.

EXHIBITOR Registration Deadline

Final Registration – March 17, 2019

General Information

Electricity is NOT provided automatically in your booth. Please indicate on your registration form if you need electricity in your booth. Please bring additional extension cords as these are not provided.
If you need to ship material to the Brandon Career Symposium prior to the event, please contact Jason Krieser at 204.726-3522 to coordinate with the Keystone Centre to receive your supplies.

Set-up (Monday, April 15 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
All booths MUST be assembled by 5 p.m. Unloading can be done in the Manitoba Room or UCT Pavilion via the large garage door and small doors on the East side of the Keystone Centre (North side of the ramp). If you require more time, arrangements can be made through me to come in Sunday, April 14.

Tear Down (Wednesday, April 17 3:30 p.m.-5 p.m.)
Please remember that we have over 2,000 students signed up for Wednesday afternoon, and it would not be fair to them if your booth was removed ahead of time. The doors on the East side will NOT be open until 3:30 p.m., and dollies will not be available until then as well.

Wireless internet is now available in the Keystone Centre. The network name will be available the day of the event. See attached information for instructions on how to connect to the internet.

Booth Numbers/Names/Name Tags
The booth number and name must be clearly visible at all times. Please make sure that staff members are wearing either a business or exhibitor name tag.

The booth must be staffed at all times. If there is only one staff member at the booth, we can make arrangements (when you check in on Monday) to have a volunteer cover a lunch break on Tuesday and Wednesday.

While security will be around 24/7, please use common sense. Ensure that valuable are out-of- site, and not left unattended at the booth. Doors will be locked overnight, but electronics should not be left at the booth overnight. For Terms and Conditions of exhibiting, please refer to the “Terms &.Conditions” at the end of the document.

Food, Beverages, & Rest Area
Salon A will be open Monday-Wednesday as an exhibitor’s lounge, where coffee and water will be provided throughout the day. Water coolers are also located on the symposium floor.

In an effort to help students gain the maximum benefit from the symposium, we have provided a copy of the Teacher’s Guide that all schools receive. We hope that this will give you a better idea of the type of information that the students may be looking for, and as well will help you shape your interaction with them.
